RATES & BILLING
TRANSPARENT BILLING
Vero Butler Estate Management offers transparent hourly billing instead of fixed service tiers, allowing clients to pay for the actual time and attention their property requires.

Standard estate management services are billed at $125 per hour during normal business hours. Emergency, urgent, and after-hours support is billed at $165 per hour.
​
This structure provides flexibility, clarity, and customized service based on the needs of each home.
​
Third-party vendor fees, materials, supplies, and specialty services are billed separately. Minimum service times may apply.

Meet The Owner
With a deep understanding of luxury real estate, insurance, operations, and property oversight, Destiny Kaiser, founder of Vero Butler Estate Management, brings a refined and hands-on approach to coastal estate management. As a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Destiny has spent years working closely with high-value properties and understands the level of care, discretion, and attention to detail required to properly protect, maintain, and manage a home.

Originally from Ohio, Destiny began her career managing offices in the medical field, where she developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, confidentiality, and client service. In 2012, she transitioned into the commercial insurance industry, assisting business owners with obtaining appropriate coverage to help protect their businesses, properties, and assets.
​
In 2015, Destiny moved to Miami to open and operate a successful property and casualty insurance agency. Her work in account management and operations helped support the agency’s growth and eventual sale. After the agency was sold, she transitioned into real estate and private property management, where she managed a Miami investor’s portfolio of commercial buildings, high-end residential properties, and domestic and international Airbnb rentals.

In that role, Destiny oversaw a wide range of property-related responsibilities, including vendor coordination, project management, service scheduling, billing, rent collection, tenant relations, insurance policy management, and day-to-day logistics across multiple properties. She also assisted with personal management and coordination, giving her a unique understanding of the trust, responsiveness, and discretion required when managing private homes and estates.

Recognizing that second homes and coastal properties require a higher level of oversight, Destiny created Vero Butler Estate Management to offer a discreet, personalized alternative to traditional property management. Her approach is intentionally selective, working with a limited number of clients to ensure each home receives meticulous care, consistent attention, and proactive oversight.

Known for professionalism, reliability, and quiet precision, Destiny serves as a trusted point of contact for homeowners who expect their property to be managed seamlessly in their absence. From coordinating trusted vendors to anticipating maintenance needs before they arise, her focus is simple: preserving the integrity, value, and experience of every home under her care.
